This 30 hour, 5 day course establishes the foundation of a professional Thai
Massage practice.
The concept of meridians, energy lines (Sen), Yin and Yang are all introduced
This course covers practical aspects such as stretches, acupressure points,
proper use of body weight and techniques using thumbs, palms, elbows and
feet. Additional emphasis is placed on deep-focused abdominal (Hara) Work
Upon completion students will be able to perform an effective 1 – 1⁄2 hour Thai massage.
Level II
This course expands on the techniques learned in Level I to cover the Side, Back
(Prone) and Sitting Positions. Student learn many advanced yoga like stretching
movements for the whole body.
Upon completion students will have a substantial foundation of the major of Thai
Massage can expect to perform a comprehensive 1 1⁄2 to 3 hour Thai Massage.

All of these are symptoms of imbalance. Our organs hold emotional energy and cause us to live the way we do; sometimes the results are wonderful and other times disastrous. Qigong is an ancient practice that helps us find balance. Used in China as a way to keep their people healthy when doctors were less available, this practice can be considered the movement multi-vitamin, bringing us to balance and health without relying on medication.
A body in balance will be healthier, and a healthy body yields a more enjoyable life.
