She has been teaching yoga since 2017 having received her certification for Hatha/Vinyasa yoga after completing her 200 hour certification training in the hills of Northern California.
Danni enjoys teaching classes that incorporate strengthening flows and balancing postures along with a focus on breathing, mindfulness and full body awareness. As one of her students, you can expect to leave a class with a refreshed body and mind as a result of the postures learned and the ending meditations that she shares.
Danni has been providing massage therapy at Align since her graduation and licensing in April 2022. She uses a combination of Swedish, Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue massage techniques designed to relax muscles and to develop a stronger and deeper connection between body and mind.
Danni has also been trained in prenatal massage, providing focused attention and relief for Mothers to be.
There is nothing more rewarding for Danni than seeing her clients faces when they leave exuding bliss and contentment.

In high school she first turned to yoga as a physical practice. It soon became the healer of her deepest emotional struggles. Within the holistic offering of yoga Rose found confidence and in turn strives to develop the same feelings of strength and worthiness in others.
Rose’s classes focus on dynamic sequencing and fun transitions in an effort to expand your practice and explore your unique body. She is passionate about offering the opportunity to feel deeply through movement and breath.

She completed her 200YTT training in 2021, and is constantly striving to learn and grow in her
movement practice. No matter if it is a walk in the woods, a climb up a slabby rock face, or
challenging her high school students to a push up contest, it's about putting some movement
into your day. As a lifetime learner she believes it is our job to keep your mind and body as
sharp as you can.
In her classes, you will move your bodies and have some fun in the process. She wants her

For her, yoga is a safe space to fully embrace who you are, and that’s the energy she wants to bring to every class she teaches.
While teaching wasn’t a path she originally envisioned, she felt called to share the healing and growth yoga brought into her life. She aims to create an inclusive and supportive space, honoring each individual’s unique journey.

You can expect her vinyasa classes to build some heat in the body with the goal of leaving feeling invigorated. In her gentle yoga classes you can expect to feel grounded, moving slowly and purposefully to open different areas of the body. She enjoys yogic history and philosophy so her classes will always include a theme to help you connect mind to body with the postures as well as to honor the history of this practice.
When Claire is not teaching yoga, she is a NICU nurse at St. Louis Children's Hospital! Yoga is a practice that allows her to show up the best way that she can for her patients and families. She is a huge believer that yoga is practiced both on and off the mat.

Feeling as though there was more to this journey, she continued to further explore her personal healing until she discovered Rebirthing Breathwork in the fall of 2021. In breathwork she found the heart of radical transformation. Through the combination of yoga and a deeper relationship with the breath, she found the mind-body-soul connection she was seeking. Driven by a lifelong desire to share her vibrancy, passions, and support with others; Brittany’s goal is to guide you back home to yourself through a combination of self inquiry, movement, and stillness.
