Depending on how your body responds to treatment, you will either want to schedule shorter sessions closer together or longer session spaced further apart depending on your health goals.
Tune out and dial inward. A one hour session is great for a "discovery" session (new clients), or for those who receive regularly and just need a tune-up.
For those who tend to book a 60 minute session, but need just a little bit longer!
This time-frame allows you to completely relax aiding in the process of reaping the benefits of bodywork. Typically 90 minute sessions are perfect for addressing specific areas that need extra attention.
If we have some serious kinks to work out, you may want to book a two hour session!
