Thai Yoga Massage/Bodywork Training
Learn Thai Massage fundamentals and intermediate Thai Massage in week or a 3 days intensive. For students who live in Saint Louis , you will have the opportunity for 1 private 1-1 mentorship then continue you practice with a paid internship at Align Massage & Yoga Wellness Studio.

This course covers Front Position
- Introduces the concept of energy lines (SEN)
- Teaches stretches, acupressure points, and proper use of body weight using thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet
- Emphasizes deep-focused abdominal work

This course expands on the techniques learned in Level I to cover the Side, Back, and Sitting Positions
- Advanced yoga-like & fascial stretching movements
- Upon completion students will have a substantial foundation of the major positions of Thai Massage and can expect to perform a comprehensive 1-3hr full body Thai Massage
