This all levels class is the traditional way students are introduced to the Ashtanga yoga practice. It is self paced and the teacher works with each student as an individual- like a private lesson in a group setting. This class accommodates the total yoga beginner to the advanced student, expect to see students of varying levels participating in class. As a new student you can expect more guidance and instruction from the teacher as you familiarize yourself with the practice. Postures are added at a pace appropriate for your body which allows you build up the stamina for practice safely. You can expect your first Mysore class to be about 20-30 minutes. The class is held in the mornings between 6-8am, come anytime in that window to have your practice completed by 8am.

5:30pm Intermediate Vinyasa + YIN
This intermediate vinyasa yoga class combines dynamic, breath-synchronized movements with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance through a series of challenging postures and flows. Modifications and advanced variations are provided to suit different levels.
The class transitions into 15 minutes of yin yoga, where deep, passive stretches are held to target connective tissues and promote relaxation.
This blend of active and restorative practices leaves you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
7:30pm Restorative Yoga
Every Monday night relax, feel supported, and open your breath to initiate healing through restoration for mind, body, and spirit.
5:30pm Vinyasa + YIN
In our Vinyasa + Yoga class, experience a balanced blend of movement to awaken awareness in movement and soothing stretches to release tension, fostering a sense of calm and connection within.
Suitable for all levels, this practice harmoniously unites energetic flow with tranquil stillness, leaving you centered, revitalized, and in perfect harmony with yourself.
7:00pm COMMUNITY CLASS

Join anywhere for a live, online guided sacred movement class to unravel sticky fascial chains and play with an awakening pranayama practice.
This class is for YOU! So bring your intentions, suggestions, goals, pains, and peace.
Everything is sacred.

This class is a beautiful blend of strength, flexibility, and balancing movement & postures with a pace that’s intended to slow down, creating deep meditative awareness and more ease within the flow of practice

Yoga is more than just the asana. Join us for an open format group discussion as we dive in and explore ancient Yogic texts and philosophy. We'll discuss in a non-intimidating manor how we can apply these principles to our lives.

7:30 pm COMMUNITY CLASS : Heart Open Yoga Flow
Everyone is invited to feel into gratitude with this calming yet active flow. Starting and ending slow with a peak pose of breathing deeply into a back bend of your choice. You will leave with a wide open heart ready to finish out your week strong.
7:00am Vinyasa Flow
We will explore together some of the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and build upon them by learning new transitions and beginner to intermediate level postures. We link breath to movement, providing a rhythmic, upbeat, and athletic moderately pace to class. We build strength, endurance, and flexibility through powerful flows. This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience.
6:00pm [Strength + Balance]
Move through seated and standing yoga poses to increase strength, balance, and range of motion. While stretching is certainly involved, this practice is about creating balance in body and the mind by developing strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Be prepared to work!
7:30pm Gentle Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or not, all levels are welcome to enjoy this opportunity to move your body, breathe deeply, and simply feel good. This practice is a great way to slow down, connect with your body, and calm your mind.

Flow your way into the weekend! Whether you've been sitting at a desk all day or challenging your body physically, this class will give you just what you need to rebalance your energy and bring you to a place of inner harmony. We will start with traditional slow vinyasa flow movement and eventually make our way to a delicious yin surrender. Join us for this awesome treat! You deserve it!

This class is an opportunity for Ashtanga students to “ check in” with the vinyasa count and their breathing as the teacher leads the class through the full primary series of Ashtanga yoga. This class is a compliment to a regular Ashtanga yoga practice. It is recommended that students have familiarity with the primary series prior to attending this class. 9:30am Foundations: Yoga for Beginners

When you’re new to yoga, it can feel intimidating and be difficult to know exactly where and how to get started, however, yoga is accessible for anyone. Patience, commitment, repetition, and consistency are the keys to developing and progressing in the practice of yoga. In this class, you will be guided through a sequence to build a foundation in your practice.

BUTI is an energizing high-intensity fusion of yoga, primal movement, dance, spiral structure technique, and polyometrics.
The major movements you will do in BUTI are designed to activate all the abdominal muscle groups. You can expect explosive movements, up-beat music, and deep-core toning.
In BUTI you will sweat with intention seeking both physical and mental benefits.
4:15pm 4:15pm Yoga for Cancer Patients, Survivors, and Caregivers
**Yoga with Dina**
This class is designed for cancer patients and survivors undergoing treatment or in recovery. Caregivers are encouraged to take it too. Based on individual and group needs, each session leads practitioners into gentle movement, active relaxation, breathing, somatic inquiry, and mindfulness meditation. This class is for everyone, no prior yoga experience needed: I meet you where you are.

Stabilize the mind and befriend yourself through functional movement and somatic inquiry. Dive deep into joint stability, explore your own range of motion, become aware of your body and breath by moving at your own pace, and honoring who you are.
