This all levels class is the traditional way students are introduced to the Ashtanga yoga practice. It is self paced and the teacher works with each student as an individual- like a private lesson in a group setting. This class accommodates the total yoga beginner to the advanced student, expect to see students of varying levels participating in class. As a new student you can expect more guidance and instruction from the teacher as you familiarize yourself with the practice. Postures are added at a pace appropriate for your body which allows you build up the stamina for practice safely. You can expect your first Mysore class to be about 20-30 minutes. The class is held in the mornings between 6-8am, come anytime in that window to have your practice completed by 8am.

Classes will include simple transitions, longer holds, and accessible variations, making this practice supportive for a wide range of bodies and experience levels.
Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga and informed by modern movement and anatomy, this class is an invitation to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with the deeper purpose of practice.

This intermediate vinyasa yoga class combines dynamic, breath-synchronized movements with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance through a series of challenging postures and flows. Modifications and advanced variations are provided to suit different levels.
The class transitions into 15 minutes of yin yoga, where deep, passive stretches are held to target connective tissues and promote relaxation.
This blend of active and restorative practices leaves you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
7:30pm Restorative Yoga
Every Monday night relax, feel supported, and open your breath to initiate healing through restoration for mind, body, and spirit.

This class is a mindful, embodied approach to building strength, mobility, and resilience through somatic functional movement and breath-led awareness.
You will move through intelligently sequenced, functional patterns designed to support joint health, muscular balance, and sustainable strength — while staying deeply connected to sensation, breath, and nervous system response. Rather than pushing or forcing, we emphasize listening, adapting, and integrating.
Breathwork is woven throughout the class to support nervous system regulation, helping you build capacity for effort while maintaining ease, presence, and choice. The result is a practice that strengthens the body, expands mobility, and leaves you feeling grounded, regulated, and connected.

Heart-led yoga and breathwork for better posture and fuller breath. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

6:00pm [Strength + Balance]
Move through seated and standing yoga poses to increase strength, balance, and range of motion. While stretching is certainly involved, this practice is about creating balance in body and the mind by developing strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Start the day with us! How great does it feel to expand your breath and wake the body up with intention? This is an all-levels class designed to improve posture, circulation, and awareness.
*9:30am - 11:00am Led Primary
This class is an opportunity for Ashtanga students to “ check in” with the vinyasa count and their breathing as the teacher leads the class through the full primary series of Ashtanga yoga. This class is a compliment to a regular Ashtanga yoga practice. It is recommended that students have familiarity with the primary series prior to attending this class. 2:00pm [strong + steady] Vinyasa
The heart of this asana practice is to feel at home within your body. To feel free to move, express, and experience in ways that feel attuned to your truth.
Franca intentionally guides a slower paced practice with the aim to create space to fully land into shapes and to bring active attention, presence, and curiosity to one’s experience.
Sequences will be dynamic, strengthening, and work to expand one’s range of mobility. One can expect classes to include various forms of pranayama (breathwork), sound play (such as humming), meditations, and invitations for self-inquiry.

9:30am Foundations: Yoga for Beginners
Welcome Yogi Novices!
When you’re new to yoga, it can feel intimidating and be difficult to know exactly where and how to get started, however, yoga is accessible for anyone. Patience, commitment, repetition, and consistency are the keys to developing and progressing in the practice of yoga. In this class, you will be guided through a sequence to build a foundation in your practice.
11:00am B U T I
BUTI is an energizing high-intensity fusion of yoga, primal movement, dance, spiral structure technique, and polyometrics.
The major movements you will do in BUTI are designed to activate all the abdominal muscle groups. You can expect explosive movements, up-beat music, and deep-core toning.
In BUTI you will sweat with intention seeking both physical and mental benefits.
Once a month you can melt into a comfortable state of peace and relaxation as ((sound)) surrounds the space.
You will be gently guided with Crystal Singing Bowls, 32" Planetary "mars" Gong, Tibetan Metal Bowls, Bells, Chimes, and Ocean Drum which will interweave into a wonderful tapestry creating a space within for peace and transformation.
