DeepFeet Bar Therapy: Official Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage Training
With DeepFeet Bar Therapy students are challenged to reach their highest potential and through barefoot techniques can extend their careers, saving themselves from repetitive stress injuries. Our Ashiatsu training grows alongside you as a practitioner. We have designed a comprehensive three-day class that teaches licensed professionals how to administer barefoot massage techniques that offer students both posterior and anterior.

Taking the Bars Free Seated portion will allow you to dip your toes in the water and get a taste of Ashiatsu without having to install the overhead parallel bars. Ideal for any therapist seeking a new tool and methods for deep tissue massage techniques.
You will learn a full 45-60-minute barefoot protocol that combines seated prone, supine as well as side-lying.
Thai Yoga Massage/Bodywork Training
Learn basic and intermediate Thai Massage in week or 2 weekend segments. For students who live in Saint Louis , you will have the opportunity for 1 private 1-1 mentorship, and unlimited practice time during Open Studio hours. Paid internship available at Align Massage & Yoga Wellness Studio.

- Teaches stretches, acupressure points, and proper use of body weight using thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet
- Emphasizes deep-focused abdominal work

This course expands on the techniques learned in Level I to cover the Side, Back, and Sitting Positions
- Advanced yoga like stretching movements
- Upon completion students will have a substantial foundation of the major positions of Thai Massage and can expect to perform a comprehensive 1-3hr full body Thai Massage
