Monday

*6:00am - 8:00am Ashtanga- Mysore

This all levels class is the traditional way students are introduced to the Ashtanga yoga practice. It is self paced and the teacher works with each student as an individual- like a private lesson in a group setting. This class accommodates the total yoga beginner to the advanced student, expect to see students of varying levels participating in class. As a new student you can expect more guidance and instruction from the teacher as you familiarize yourself with the practice. Postures are added at a pace appropriate for your body which allows you build up the stamina for practice safely. You can expect your first Mysore class to be about 20-30 minutes. The class is held in the mornings between 6-8am, come anytime in that window to have your practice completed by 8am.

9:00am Yin-Yang Flow

60 minutes of intentional movement & present breath, flowing at an easy pace from the slow & gentle energy of Yin to the more active Yang, awakening & resourcing our bodies for the coming activities of the day.

This practice weaves together the simple, yet powerful embodiment & healing practices such as Yoga Asana, Somatics, Taoist Meditation & Qigong. Accessible to beginners & seasoned practitioners alike, you will leave this class feeling more rooted in your body, centered in your heart, and connected to your breath.


5:30pm Yin & Vinyasa

Blending elements of a "yang" practice of movement with breath and the stillness of yin yoga giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body as you hold asanas for longer periods of time.


7:30pm Restorative Yoga

Every Monday and Friday night relax, feel supported, and open your breath to initiate healing through restoration for mind, body, and spirit.

Tuesday

 7:00am Vinyasa Flow

We will explore together some of the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and build upon them by learning new transitions and beginner to intermediate level postures. We link breath to movement, providing a rhythmic, upbeat, and athletic moderately pace to class. We build strength, endurance, and flexibility through powerful flows. This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience.


4:30pm Neck & Shoulders Restoration Flow

Relax your shoulders, relax your neck. This class is targeted for releasing tension in the upper body, but it’s not just about relaxing, it’s about restoring. In this class we will explore ways to balance the structural components of the neck and shoulders that create tension or pain in a dynamic way by combining strength, movement, and relaxation techniques.

Wednesday

9:00am Slow Flow Yoga

This class is a beautiful blend of strength, flexibility, and balancing movement & postures with a pace that’s intended to slow down, creating deep meditative awareness and more ease within the flow of practice


*5:30pm Yoga Philosophy & Sutra Discussion (ZOOM)

Yoga is more than just the asana. Join us for an open format group discussion as we dive in and explore ancient Yogic texts and philosophy. We'll discuss in a non-intimidating manor how we can apply these principles to our lives.

7:00pm Y I N 

A deliciously meditative class that allows space for a deep dive within the body and self. A perfect complement to a Yang based practice such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, or Power Yoga; Yin yoga allows us to find rest in moments of stillness. You will find a flow that offers a conscious connection with the breath, gentle movements, as well as postures held for several minutes at a time. This allows us to stimulate connective tissue, support the nervous system, and release stuck energy and emotions from the body. In this class, we will focus on cultivating a stronger mind-body connection by slowing down and turning inward. This class is designed for students of all levels.

Thursday

 7:00am Vinyasa Flow

4:30pm Hips & Low Back Restoration Flow 

Targeting the lower portions of the body, this class helps build strength while simultaneously loosening tight or restricted muscle groups. This class is great for those who are experiencing low back pain, or hip discomfort.


7:30pm Gentle Yoga

Whether you are new to yoga or not, all levels are welcome to enjoy this opportunity to move your body, breathe deeply, and simply feel good. This practice is a great way to slow down, connect with your body, and calm your mind.

This class is an opportunity for Ashtanga students to “ check in” with the vinyasa count and their breathing as the teacher leads the class through the full primary series of Ashtanga yoga. This class is a compliment to a regular Ashtanga yoga practice. It is recommended that students have familiarity with the primary series prior to attending this class. 9:30am Foundations: Yoga for Beginners

Welcome Yogi Novices!

 When you’re new to yoga, it can feel intimidating and be difficult to know exactly where and how to get started, however, yoga is accessible for anyone. Patience, commitment, repetition, and consistency are the keys to developing and progressing in the practice of yoga. In this class, you will be guided through a sequence to build a foundation in your practice.


6:00pm -  7:30pm Yoga Nidra & Theta Healing

Every 3rd Sunday of the month. Register under the tab "workshops"


Yoga Nidra + Theta Healing

combining the somatic awareness & consciousness exploration of Yoga Nidra with the intuitive energy work of Theta Healing. You will be led on a journey of body awareness, guided imagery, and energetic downloads to come back to a more balanced, uplifted state of mind.
