Join Ashley and Michelle for a weekend exploring Ashtanga Yoga. Over the weekend we will cover some of the history & tradition of the practice. The role of adjustments and types offered in the Mysore room. We'll cover Sun Salutations A & B, synchronizing breath with movement and explore asanas (postures) of the sequence. Different variations to be offered and discussed. Workshop is open to all levels.

This event will combine the somatic awareness & consciousness exploration of Yoga Nidra with the intuitive energy work of Theta Healing.
You will be led on a journey of body awareness, guided imagery, and energetic downloads to come back to a more balanced, uplifted state of mind. There are plenty of soft support at the studio, but is you want any extras to yourself as cozy as possible please bring those with you! Eye pillows, body pillows, and extra blankets are always welcome.
Nidra is a Sanskrit term meaning "sleep." In yoga, yoga nidra is a meditation practice that induces a state of deep, but conscious relaxation. The goal of yoga nidra is to achieve a state of samadhi (intense concentration), enlightenment, or bliss.

Yule celebrates the longest night, reminding us how much darkness must exist before dawn can breakthrough once more into lightness at daybreak
With the hope of returning light and life, this long night is an opportunity for a cleansing of the soul.

We are all creative. This workshop is designed to help you tap into your creativity.
Creativity isn’t just a mental experience. It’s a whole body, whole energy process that puts us in touch with the deepest parts of ourselves and connects us with aspects beyond our own identity. It can be a wonderful opportunity to drop into your body, release, and expand!
This workshop will combine embodied movement, mindfulness practices, and exploration of the creative process through visual art. You will have the opportunity to explore your own expressive nature within a supportive, non-judgmental space. There is no need to have any art experience whatsoever as our focus will be pure expression rather than aesthetics. All you need is a willingness to show up!
